Welcome to my professional website. As a clinical psychologist, I strive to deliver robust, evidence-based treatments for psychopathology and disseminate the newest research findings.  As anxiety and related disorders are increasingly prevalent, it is important to increase the accessibility of effective treatments. I specialize in treating young adults and adults with anxiety, OCD and trauma. My passion for mental health advocacy drives me to treat those in need through individual and group therapy, as well as teach, lead workshops, write and present the latest findings at conferences.
